About: I was tasked with converting Shubies’ legacy website into an e-commerce platform. After initial consultations, I identified critical issues with their outdated point-of-sale and ERP systems that hindered inventory management and reporting. I recommended migrating to
SQUARE Inc. Twhich streamlined their entire business model and resolved operational inefficiencies. The successful launch of the new e-commerce site took place in Q1 of 2021, improving both online and in-store functionality.
