Elevating Neoteryx's Digital Footprint

My relationship with Trajan initially began with Neoteryx, a company they later acquired. I was originally tasked to revamp several key landing pages using their latest HubSpot template, ACT 3.0. However, as our collaboration evolved, so did the scope of my role. I took the helm of a complete site migration to the ACT 3.0 template. Working closely with leadership and the sales and marketing teams to roll out a new UX/UI and help develop several marketing campaigns.

When Southwest Fair Housing Council (SWFHC) contacted me, their website was caught in a time warp. Operating on a seven-year-old template, it had become a cobweb of broken links, missing images, and erratic layouts. This visual mess was especially contentious since one of their primary online audiences was individuals with disabilities.

Direct, a Center for Independent Living (CIL), supports individuals with disabilities. Their outdated WordPress site was a jumble of problematic pages, leading to a complete rebuild. Key to the redesign was ensuring accessibility, following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 standards. Since the site's completion in early 2022, I’ve provided continuous digital marketing consulting to ensure their online presence remains effective and engaging.

Neoteryx LLC, Torrance, CA


  • Led the strategy and execution of all digital marketing efforts, propelling the growth of Neoteryx’s disruptive microsampling device. Achieved a 300% increase in online lead generation by consolidating website subdomains and overhauling the user interface for improved accessibility.

  • Managed creative and regulatory initiatives across HubSpot UX, art direction, photography, videography, and web development, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords to refine marketing strategies.

  • Conducted thorough market research and implemented SEO-driven content, significantly boosting website traffic. Delivered a 100% year-over-year increase in overall traffic and a 200+% surge in organic site visits. 

  • Reorganized digital resources and compiled research papers, posters, and other resources to better enable site visitors to download materials and generated a consolidated document summarizing the list of all analytes successfully extracted by the Mitra device. The combination of these improvements led to a 100% increase year over year in traffic and uptick of 200+% increase in organic site traffic.


Shubies Marketplace, Marblehead, Massachusetts


I was tasked with converting Shubies’ legacy website into an e-commerce platform. After initial consultations, I identified critical issues with their outdated point-of-sale and ERP systems that hindered inventory management and reporting. I recommended migrating to SQUARE Inc. Which streamlined their entire business model and resolved operational inefficiencies. The successful launch of the new e-commerce site took place in Q1 of 2021, improving both online and in-store functionality.


Tribeca Companies, Private Equity, San Francisco CA


The goal was to rebrand and reimagine Spot On Sciences to Verospec (see concept logo below) with the aim to expand into a variety of microsampling technologies and accessories.  However, the project was never executed due to the company's decision to start-up a COVID testing company during the pandemic.  While there though I initiated and executed several marketing/PR projects to improve Spot on Sciences brand, SEO/online equity

  • Migrated Spot On Sciences to HubSpot, setting the foundation for SEO growth and improving site navigation and user experience.


  • Directed email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Led PR initiatives with Racepoint Global (RPG) to increase industry relevance and engagement.

  • Developed a strategic marketing outreach plan and 2020 budget, focusing on targeted engagement, including trade show participation.

  • Simplified the resource library, consolidating it into one user-friendly page for easier access.

  • Collaborated with lead scientists to create a pivotal analyte panel, showcasing device versatility for hormones, infectious diseases, DNA/RNA, and more, resulting in strong lead generation.

  • Provided an easy-to-use HubSpot template for non-technical, junior team members to work with for updates.


  • Assisted the sales team with transitioning to HubSpot Sales Pro, unifying marketing and sales analytics under one platform.

Moderustic, Rancho Cucamonga


  • Expanded responsibilities from basic HTML tag updates to redesigning the layout and enhancing technical SEO for this producer of custom metal and glass fire, water and light fixtures.


  • Established the company’s first Google Analytics account, enabling data-driven decisions that led to significant site improvements and a shift toward custom work as a primary revenue source.


  • Launched a new e-commerce platform using Volusion, resulting in a 5X increase in online sales. Created product marketing collateral, and expanded the company’s digital presence via Facebook and Google+

Liberty Resources, Inc. is a non-profit, consumer driven organization that advocates and promotes Independent Living for persons with disabilities. I was hired to formalize their Social Coordinator modules into templates for import into their online training tools.

  • Establish reusable, well formatted Power-Point and Microsoft Word templates that are able to be saved into different friendly disability formats. 
  • Design a custom layout while abiding to specified disability user style guidelines.

Dameron Communications is integrated marketing solutions company with strong government and public relations. Clients range from government candidate campaigns, education, and private business’s.  Initially to hired to create their capabilities brochure, work was extended to working on campaign creation for Carden Virtual Academy.

Logical Design Database Solutions is a Boston/NYC based company helping businesses with custom application development, web to database integration, data modeling and business process analysis. Their initial website had become discomfiting to their growing and reputable cliental. I was contracted to re-design and rebuild their website; their requirements necessitated that the design should be both minimal/corporate while modern and savvy.

  • Copywriter/Editor – Edited and rewrote website content stronger flow.
  • Branding - Created first corporate logo. Applied consistent treatment for both website and paper collateral.
  • WebDesign - Complete redesign and overhaul of previous HTML pages delivering a stronger online presence better appealing to larger clients.

  • Extreme attention to detail was necessary during this complete overhaul/renovation to company’s entire print collateral, both in content and design. Working extensively with Photoshop CS 2 and Quark 6.5
  • Successful time management and work accuracy lead to extended contract. My talents where then applied to the I.T. Dept for a thorough update to their HTML pages while simultaneously testing the environment and documenting functionality of updated materials.
